摘  要:针对清梳联设备在实际运行中,大多造成除尘系统运行风量偏大,运行压力较高,产生大量无用能耗的现象,结合风机和管网运行规律,利用风机变频控制原理,提出利用恒压变流量控制理论,变频调节主风机速度,实现除尘系统恒压变流量排风。运行实践证明:对清梳联除尘系统采用恒压变流量控制,能较好地稳定除尘系统的压力,逐时自适应主机设备对除尘风量的变化要求,控制设备简单可靠;可实现综合节电26%的节能效果,并可改善车间环境,降低夏季车间温度。Aimed at thephenomena of larger running air volume,higher running pressure and a lot of inefficacy energy saving for the dedusting system mostly caused in the practical operation of the blowing-carding unit,combing the draught fan and pipe network running rule and adapting the frequency conversion control theory of the draught fan,the control theory with constant pressure variable flow was put forward.The main draught fan speed was adjusted by frequency change.The air exhausting with constant pressure variable flow in the dedusting system was achieved.The running operation showed that the pressure of the dedusting system could be well stabilized by adapting constant pressure variable flow control in the blowing-carding unit.The change requirement of main engine equipment on the dedusting flow could be self-adapted momentarily.The control equipment was simple and reliable.The energy saving effect of 26%synthetic power saving could be achieved.The workshop environment could be improved.The workshop temperature in summer could be decreased.
