摘  要:目的:探讨在外科学总论教学中联合运用PBL、LBL及CBL教学法的可行性分析及效果评价。方法:将上述三种教学法联合应用于外科学总论的小班课(观察组)的教学中,并通过问卷调查与传统LBL教学法(对照组)进行学习兴趣、理解能力、解决问题能力、团体协作能力、语言表达能力、师生感情方面的教学效果分析比较。结果:在外科学总论的小班教学中,联合应用PBL、LBL、CBL三种教学法,学生在学习兴趣、理解能力、解决问题能力、团体协作能力、语言表达能力方面均明显提高,师生感情明显加深,与传统的LBL教学相比具有明显的优势。结论:在外科学总论的教学中,PBL、LBL及CBL教学法的联合运用可以促进学生提高学习兴趣、理解能力、解决问题能力、团体协作能力及语言表达能力,增进师生感情,较传统教学效果提高显著,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the evaluation and feasibility analysis of the teaching method combined with PBL,LBL and CBL in the surgery pandect teaching.Methods:We applied the above three kinds of teaching method combined in surgery pandect teaching to the observation group,and gave LBL teaching method to the control group.Then we studied the difference of two groups compared with the interest and understanding ability,problem solving ability,teamwork ability,language expression ability,the emotions of teachers and students.Results:The teaching method combined with PBL and LBL and CBL has obvious advantages compared with LBL teaching method.In the observation group,the students'interest in learning,understanding,problem solving ability,teamwork ability,language expression ability and emotions of teachers and students were much more improved than the control group,the difference of two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The teaching method combined with PBL,LBL and CBL in surgery pandect teaching can promote the students'learning interest,understanding ability,problem solving ability and group cooperation ability and language expression ability,improve the relationship between teachers and students,which has feasibility,reliability and validity in comparison with traditional method,so it is worth promoting.
