摘 要:目的:探索CBL联合PBL教学法在高职高专妇产科临床见习带教中的应用效果。方法:将在某医学专科学校附属医院妇产科见习的临床医学专业66名专科生,随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用CBL结合PBL教学法,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果:实验组学生的理论及实践技能成绩、病案分析成绩均显著高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科见习教学中,CBL结合PBL教学法可以明显提高学生见习的理论和操作水平及整体素质,值得在临床见习及实习带教中进一步推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of CBL combined with PBL in clinical probation teaching of gynecology and obstetrics in Higher Vocational colleges.Methods:66 students of Clinical Medicine Department of gynecology and obstetrics in the Affiliated Hospital of a higher vocational medical college were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,while the experimental group adopted CBL combined with PBL teaching method to compare the effect of the two teaching methods.Results:Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group improved significantly in theoretical and practical skills,medical record analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve the theoretical and practical achievements and operation level of students'probation,and also improve the overall quality of students in gynecology and obstetrics.It is worthy of further promotion in clinical probation teaching and practice teaching in the future.
