摘　　要：1例47岁男性患者于结肠癌根治术后接受XELOX方案[奥沙利铂200 mg静脉滴注、第1天,卡培他滨3500 mg/d口服(早8时1500 mg,晚8时2000 mg)、第1~14天,21 d为1个周期]化疗。第1~5个化疗周期中每次静脉滴注奥沙利铂结束后20~30 min患者均出现一过性黑朦发作,随化疗次数的增加黑朦发作次数减少(5、3、1、1、1次),每次持续时间也减少。每次出现黑朦后均给予甲钴胺0.5 mg口服、3次/d,连续3 d,至化疗周期结束,均未再出现黑朦。第6、7、8个化疗周期静脉滴注奥沙利铂后未再出现黑朦症状。A 47-year-old male patient received XELOX regimen[an IV infusion of oxaliplatin 200 mg on day 1,oral capecitabine 3500 mg on day 1 to 14(1500 mg at 8:00 and 2000 mg at 20:00),the treatment course was 21 days]after radical resection of colon cancer.During the 1st to 5th chemotherapy cycles,amaurosis fugax occurred 20 to 30 minutes after finishing the IV infusion of oxaliplatin each time.With the increase of the number of chemotherapy cycles,the number of amaurosis fugax decreased(5,3,1,1,1 times,respectively)and the duration each time also decreased.when amaurosis fugax appeared each time mecobalamin 0.5 mg was given orally thrice daily for 3 days.By the end of chemotherapy,no amaurosis recurred.The amaurosis did not recur after IV infusions of oxaliplatin in the 6th,7th,and 8th chemotherapy cycles.
