摘　　要：目的探讨锌指蛋白207(ZNF207)在胶质瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化检测71例胶质瘤患者中ZNF207和Ki-67表达,分析ZNF207表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果ZNF207在低级别胶质瘤组织中阳性表达率低于高级别胶质瘤(33.33%vs.67.86%)(P<0.05)。ZNF207表达与胶质瘤患者WHO分级和Ki-67表达有关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线表明,ZNF207高表达患者总生存时间较低表达患者缩短(P<0.05)。Cox回归分析显示,ZNF207表达、Ki-67表达和WHO分级是影响患者生存时间的独立预后指标(P<0.05)。结论ZNF207在胶质瘤组织中高表达。其表达水平与胶质瘤发生、发展及预后密切相关,有望成为评估胶质瘤患者预后的有效指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of zinc finger protein 207(ZNF207)in glioma.Methods The expressions of ZNF207 and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 71 patients with glioma.The relationship of ZNF207 with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of ZNF207 in the low-grade glioma was lower than that in the high-grade glioma(33.33%vs.67.86%)(P<0.05).The expression of ZNF207 was closely correlated with WHO grade and expression of Ki-67(P<0.05).Kaplan-Merier survival curve indicated that the overall survival in the patients with high expression of ZNF207 was shorter than that in the patients with low expression of ZNF207(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that the expressions of ZNF207 and Ki-67 and WHO grade were the independent prognostic indicators for survival time(P<0.05).Conclusion ZNF207 is highly expressed in glioma,which is closely related with the development and prognosis of glioma and could be a new prognostic marker for the patients with glioma.
