摘　　要：本文报告1例男性基底细胞痣综合征患者,30岁,全麻下行颌骨多发囊肿切除术、下颌软组织及骨组织扩大切除术,同期使用前臂游离皮瓣移植,修复下颌皮肤及口腔黏膜缺损,术后恢复良好。This case report presented a 30-year-old male with mandibular skin defect for more than 3 months. The pathological examination indicated basal squamous cell carcinoma. Treatment included jaw cysts enucleation, mandibular soft tissue and bone lesion resection, and free forearm flap was used to repair soft and hard tissue defects. The patient recovered well after operation.
