摘 要:以α-Al2O3为原料,没食子酸丙酯(PG)为表面改性剂,采用颗粒稳定泡沫法制备氧化铝多孔陶瓷,研究了PG添加量及加入方式对浆料泡沫稳定性、材料结构与性能的影响。研究发现:随着PG添加量由2wt.%增加到10wt.%,球磨后的浆料流动性逐渐变差,而泡沫稳定性由70.41%提高到84.85%,制备的多孔材料总气孔率范围为58.60-75.16%,抗压强度为15.98-66.72 MPa。在三种PG添加方式选择中发现:PG溶解后加入到氧化铝悬浮液中,浆料均匀性更好,发泡更容易,总气孔率为66.53%,抗压强度高达55.23 MPa。Usingα-Al2O3 as raw material and propyl gallate(PG)as surface modifier,the alumina porous ceramics were prepared by the particle-stabilized foam method.The effects of PG on foam stability of the slurry and material structure and properties were investigated.The study found:with the increasing of the added amount of PG,the fluidity of the slurry after ball milling gradually deteriorated,while the foam stability increased from 70.41%to 84.85%.There is some difference in the total porosity of the materials prepared with different parameters,ranging from 58.60%to 75.16%,and the compressive strength ranges from 15.98 MPa to 66.72 MPa.The experiments with three PG addition modes found that the ceramic slurry obtained by adding PG to the alumina suspension after dissolution was more uniform,foaming was easier,the total porosity was 66.53%,and the compressive strength was up to 55.23 MPa.
