胃癌患者血清趋化因子L20、热休克蛋白70的表达及意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨胃癌患者血清趋化因子L20(CCL20)、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)水平及临床意义。【方法】在本院和苏州附属第二医院治疗的胃癌患者92例(胃癌组),同时选取健康志愿者100例作为对照组,比较两组血清CCL20、HSP70水平并分析胃癌患者血清CCL20与HSP70水平的相关性。【结果】胃癌组血清CCL20、HSP70水平分别为(44.12±9.47)pg/mL和(2.40±0.65)pg/L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、HP感染阳性胃癌患者血清CCL20和HSP70水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、HP感染阴性患者(P<0.05);血清CCL20与HSP70呈正相关(r=0.433,P<0.05)。【结论】胃癌患者血清CCL20、HSP70水平明显升高,且与患者临床分期、淋巴结转移及HP感染有一定的关系。【Objective】To investigate the serum levels and clinical significance of chemokine L20(CCL20)and heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in patients with gastric cancer.【Methods】A total of 92 patients with gastric cancer were selected as the gastric cancer group and 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Serum levels of CCL20 and HSP70 were measured and compared between the two groups.The correlation between serum CCL20 level and HSP70 level in patients with gastric cancer was also analyzed.【Results】The serum levels of CCL20 and HSP70 in the gastric cancer group were(44.12±9.47)pg/ml and(2.40±0.65)pg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum CCL20 and HSP70 levels in patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis and HP-positive gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in gastric cancer patients with stageⅠ~Ⅱ,no lymph node metastasis and HP-negative infection(P<0.05).The level of serum CCL20 was positively correlated with the level of HSP70(r=0.433,P<0.05).【Conclusion】The serum levels of CCL20 and HSP70 are significantly increased in patients with gastric cancer,which are related to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and HP infection.
