摘　　要：创新创业型大学是国际高等教育变革的重要趋势,在国内学习借鉴西方研究成果、实践经验和实现本土化众说纷纭,理论尚不成熟的情况下,三门峡职业技术学院在思想上把创新创业教育作为追求培养高素质创新创业人才的目标及其实现路径的基本观念,努力打造有利于培养高素质创新创业人才所需要的环境,积极进行以培养高素质技术技能型创新创业人才为目标的创新创业教育实践探索,有效建构了高职院校高素质创新创业人才培养体系。Colleges and universities featured with innovation and entrepreneurship have become the important trend of higher education reform all over the world while in China we are still in a phase of using the relevant researches and experience of other western countries for reference.Under such a circumstance without our own mature theories,Sanmenxia Polytechnic takes the education of innovation and entrepreneurship as its goal of cultivating high-quality talents and as its basic concept of achieving such a goal and strives to create an environment favorable to the cultivation of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents.And in the course of such practices,Sanmenxia Polytechnic gradually makes a construction of a high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation system suitable for higher vocational colleges in the new era.
