摘　　要：标准编制说明是标准制定过程中必不可少的文件.编制说明编写是否规范,直接影响到整个标准的完成质量.文章介绍了编制说明的主要内容,汇总了水产标准编制说明编写中存在的主要问题,分析了产生问题的原因,给出了解决措施建议.The compilation instructions for standards preparation are indispensable in the process of standard setting. The standardized compilation instructions can guarantee the good quality for the whole standard. This paper introduced the main contents of compilation instructions, summarized the principal questions in the compilation instructions of aquaculture standards, analyzed the reasons of the existed questions and proposed some available solutions.
