中文版治疗自我调节问卷在缓解期精神分裂症患者中的信效度分析

摘　　要：目的修订治疗自我调节问卷(Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire,TSRQ),并评价其在我国缓解期精神分裂症患者应用中的信效度。方法对北京市163例社区精神分裂症患者进行测量,检测问卷的信效度。结果中文版TSRQ各条目的内容效度指数I-CVI为0.83~1,平均S-CVI为0.94;卡方差异检验显示自主动机、内摄调节、外部调节和无动机4个维度两两间均存在差异(P<0.05);验证性因子分析显示4因子模型拟合较好,χ2/df=1.771,GFI=0.902,NFI=0.887,CFI=0.947,PGFI=0.601,RMSEA=0.069。各维度的Cronbach’sα为:0.901,0.753,0.711,0.493;重测信度为0.707,0.786,0.571,0.363。结论中文版TSRQ可用来测量缓解期精神分裂症患者的自我管理行为动机,无动机维度的内部一致性和稳定性可在今后的研究中扩大研究对象及场所进行测试。Objective The study aimed to revise Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire and test its reliability and validity in patients with schizophrenia in remission stage.Methods Demographics and the TSRQ were collected in 163 community patients with schizophrenia in Beijing to test the reliability and validity of questionnaire.Results The item-level CVIs ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,while the S-CVI/Ave was 0.94.The Chi-square difference tests showed there were significant differences between autonomous motivation,introjection,external regulation,and amotivation(P<0.05).Confirmatory factor analysis indicated the four-factor model was acceptable,with%2/</^1.771,GFI=0.902,NFI=0.887,CFI=0.947,PGFI=0.601,RMSEA=0.069.The Cronbach's a of the four dimensions were 0.901,0.753,0.711,and 0.493,while the test-retest reliability were 0.707,0.786,0.571,and 0.363.Conclusion The Chinese version of TSRQ can be used to assess the motivation for selfmanagement in patients with schizophrenia in remission stage.While the internal consistency and reliability of amotivation dimension warrants further studies across research sites and populations.
