摘  要:以强筋小麦中优9507、中筋小麦淮麦18和弱筋小麦宁麦9号为试验材料,研究不同品质类型小麦花后旗叶叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)、净光合速率(Pn值)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的差异,及其与产量的相关性。结果表明:①不同品质类型小麦之间SPAD值、Pn值及POD、CAT、SOD活性均表现为中优9507依次高于淮麦18、宁麦9号,MDA含量表现为宁麦9号依次高于淮麦18、中优9507。②不同品质类型小麦品种之间,CAT和SOD活性花后0~14 d差异达显著或极显著水平,SPAD值、Pn值及POD活性花后14~21 d差异达极显著水平,MDA含量花后14~28 d差异达极显著水平。③不同品质类型小麦旗叶SPAD值、Pn值及CAT、POD、SOD活性与产量呈极显著正相关,MDA含量与产量呈极显著负相关。With strong gluten wheat Zhongyou 9507,medium gluten wheat Huaimai 18 and weak gluten wheat Ningmai 9 as experimental materials,the dynamic changes of photosynthetic characteristics and activity of oxygen scavenging enzymes in flag leaves after flowering were studied.The differences of relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value),net photosynthetic rate(Pn value),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in flag leaves of wheat with different quality types after anthesis were studied and their correlation with yield were analyzed.The results showed that The order of activity of SPAD,Pn,POD,CAT and SOD among different quality types of wheat was Zhongyou 9507>Huaimai 18>Ningmai 9,and MDA content was Ningmai 9>Huaimai 18>Zhongyou 9507.The activities of CAT and SOD in different wheat cultivars were significantly different from 0 to 14 days after anthesis,while the activities of SPAD,Pn and POD were significantly different from 14 to 21 days after anthesis,and the contents of MDA were significantly different from 14 to 28 days after anthesis.The activities of SPAD,Pn,CAT,POD and SOD in flag leaves of wheat of different quality types were positively correlated with yield,while the content of MDA was negatively correlated with yield.
