摘  要:电子商务的出现改变了传统产业的生产经营模式,食用菌行业也逐渐和电子商务产业相结合,保障电商为主体的食用菌产品质量成为其发展的重要因素。以政策法规体系、标准体系、检验检测体系、服务保障体系、监督体系、技术信息体系6大准则层,包含法律建设、政策标准等16个指标层构建了电商为主体的食用菌产品质量安全保障体系。利用熵值法对指标体系进行赋权,结果表明:政策法律体系的权重值最高,说明政策法律体系对以电商为主体的食用菌产品质量安全具有最重要的影响。技术信息体系的权重值最低,说明技术信息体系对以电商为主体的食用菌产品质量安全的影响相对较弱。The emergence of e-commerce has changed the production and management mode of traditional industries. The ediblefungi industry has gradually merged with the e-commerce industry. The quality of edible fungi products, which guarantees ecommerce as the main body, has become an important factor in its development. This paper builds the quality of edible fungi products with e-commerce as the main body by 16 indicators such as policy and regulation system, standard system, inspection and testing system, service guarantee system, supervision system and technical information system, including 16 indicators such as legal construction and policy standards. Security system. The entropy method is used to empower the index system. The re-sults show that the policy legal system has the highest weight value, indicating that the policy and legal system has the most im-portant impact on the quality and safety of edible fungi products with e-commerce as the main body. The technical information system has the lowest weight value, indicating that the technical information system has a relatively weak influence on the qual-ity and safety of edible fungi products with e-commerce as the main body.
