摘 要:储能弹簧作为断路器分合闸动力元件,其可靠性对断路器运动过程的驱动和控制至关重要。提出一种基于图像匹配跟踪技术的非接触式弹簧形变特征测试方法:由高速相机捕捉储能弹簧伸缩过程高速图像序列,以弹簧活动端首圈为形变检测匹配目标,采用归一化互相关图像金字塔匹配(normalized cross-correlation-pyramid,NCC-P)算法对目标进行逐帧搜索,并获得各关键帧目标的坐标以及弹簧形变相关特征参数。提出基于识别区域估计优化归一化互相关图像金字塔匹配(normalizedcrosscorrelation-pyramid-estimation,NCC-P-E)算法。根据前后帧位置关联预测后续帧目标位置,并根据该预测动态调整识别区,消除相似结构对匹配结果的干扰,提高匹配速度和准确率。通过实验验证可知,该方法可在断路器带电的情况下有效检测断路器弹簧释能过程中的伸缩形变特征。As a power component of circuit breaker, the reliability of energy storage spring plays an important role in the drive and control the operation of circuit breaker motion process. A non-contact testing method of spring deformation feature based on image matching tracking technology was proposed. The high-speed camera was utilized to capture the image sequence of spring energy liberation process, and the first coil of the movable end of the spring was taken as the matching target. Then, the normalized cross-correlationpyramid(NCC-P) matching algorithm was used to search the target frame by frame to obtain target coordinates of the key frame and parameters of spring deformation characteristic. A normalized cross correlation-pyramid-estimation(NCC-P-E) algorithm based on identification region estimation was proposed. The subsequent frame target position was predicted according to the front and rear frame position correlation. The recognition area was dynamically adjusted according to the prediction to eliminate the interference of similar structures on the matching results and improved the matching speed and accuracy. Finally, the experimental results show that the method can effectively detect the telescopic deformation characteristics of the circuit breaker spring release process when the circuit breaker is energized.
