摘　　要：情绪惰性是情绪动态性的一个重要特征,指个体当前情绪状态能被之前情绪状态预测的程度,反映了情绪变化的速度。情绪惰性水平受大五人格特质、情绪调节策略等因素的影响,且在一定条件下会发生改变。高水平的情绪惰性与心理失调密切相关,研究表明抑郁症患者具有高水平情绪惰性。未来研究应探讨不同精神病理症状与情绪惰性的关系,拓展影响情绪惰性的因素及相关的中介调节变量。关注情绪惰性的机制以及对情绪惰性的研究方法进行标准化也是未来研究的重点。Emotional inertia is one of important characteristics of emotional dynamics,and refers to the extent to which a person's current emotional state can be predicted by the emotional state at a previous moment.Personality traits and emotion regulation strategies are influencing factors of emotional inertia,which will change under certain conditions such as mindfulness training,anticipatory social stress and alcohol.High level of emotional inertia is closely related to psychological maladjustment,and a large number of studies have shown that patients with depression have high emotional inertia.Fu-ture research should further explore the relationship between different psychopathological symptoms and emotional inertia,and expand the related factors and mediator and moderator of emotional inertia.It is also the focus of future research to focus on the mechanism of emotional inertia and standardize the research methods.
