温胆汤加减治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病临床疗效及对患者血清炎性因子和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温胆汤加减治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病临床疗效及对患者血清炎性因子和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2016年4月~2017年6月本院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者94例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组及观察组,各47例。对照组采用常规西药方案治疗,观察组在基础治疗的基础上加用温胆汤加减治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、血清炎性因子、肝功能、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者在治疗过程中均无严重不良发应发生;观察组患者治疗总有效率为89.36%高于对照组患者治疗总有效率70.21%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的抗炎因子较治疗前均有所提升,促炎因子与治疗前比较均有所下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肝功能水平较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的功能较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温胆汤加减治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病疗效显著,能有效改善患者的血清炎性因子、免疫功能以及肝功能,且安全性较高,值得临床应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and the influence on serum inflammatory cytokines and immunologic function.Methods:94cases with NAFLD in our hospital from April 2016to June 2017were selected and randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,47cases in each group.The controlled group was given routine western medicine,the observation group was given Modified Wendan Decoction on this basis,observing the clinical effect,serum inflammatory cytokines,liver function,immunologic function and adverse reaction condition of the two groups.Results:No severe adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups;the total effective rate of the observation group(89.36%)was higher than that in the controlled group(70.21%)(P<0.05);after treatment,anti-inflammatory cytokines of the two groups were increased,proinflammatory factors were decreased,the observation group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05);after treatment,liver function levels of the two groups were improved,the observation group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05);after treatment,the functions of the two groups were improved,the observation group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has significant effect,it can effectively improve the serum inflammatory cytokines,immunologic function and liver function,with higher safety,and it is worthy of clinical application.
