摘　　要：文章以爱尔兰高等教育体系的特点出发,分析了其以学生为中心的办学理念、以德育教育为引领的教学环境、以支柱产业为导向的人才定位、以理论联系实际为路径的人才培养体系、以创新创业为抓手的创新教育、以教学质量为主轴的保障体系,以上教学特色的分析对于促进我国高校跻身于世界一流大学的建设、深化高等教育教学保障体系的构建、推进高校产学研深度合作的进度等方面具有较高的借鉴意义。Starting from the characteristics of Irish higher education system,this paper analyses its student-centered school-running notion,its teaching environment led by moral education,its talent orientation guided by pillar industries,its talent training system based on the integration of theory and practice,its innovative education based on innovation and entrepreneurship and its guarantee system with teaching quality as the main axis.These analyses will promote the construction of China's institutions of higher learning to be among the universities in the world.It is of great significance to deepen the construction of first-class college and higher education teaching security system and promote the progress of in-depth cooperation between production,teaching and research in universities.
