摘　　要：隐私保护是生物样本库建设、研究与发展的一个核心问题,然而,在技术飞速发展和多元文化价值理念并存的时代背景下,依旧依靠“知情同意”和“匿名”保护隐私,仍然会导致生物样本库研究面临诸多困境,而自由意志受限、主体价值缺失和利益平衡失调是导致伦理问题的主要原因。合理平衡多方利益,尊重参与者的权利,有效的数据保护机制应当成为生物样本库研究中解决隐私保护问题的基础和起点。Privacy protection is a core issue in the construction,research and development of biobanks.However,in the era of rapid technological development and coexistence of multicultural values,if we still depend on"informed consent"and"anonymity"to protect the privacy would lead to many difficulties in the biobank research.Limited free will,lack of subject value and imbalance of interests are the main causes of the ethical problems.Reasonable balance of multiple interests,respect for the rights of participants,and effective data protection mechanism should be the basis and starting point to solve the privacy protection problem in the research of biological sample database.
