基于心理健康双因素模型的护理专业大学生情绪调节策略比较

摘　　要：目的:基于心理健康双因素模型对护理专业学生心理健康状态进行分类,比较不同心理健康类型情绪调节策略的特点;方法:随机选取护理专业大学生进行问卷调查,获得有效被试687名,采用Diener编制的生活满意度量表,抑郁流调中心量表(CES-D),Gross等人编制的情绪调节量表进行测试;结果双因素模型较拟合良好(x^2/df=7.64,CFI=0.99,NNFI=O.96,NFI=0.98,RMSEA=O.095,),疾患者145人(21.1%)、易感者173(25.2%)、有症状但自我满足者94(13.7%)、健康者275(40.0%),年级与家庭来源在心理健康类型分布上差异不显著,不同类型心理健康者在认知重评F(3,683)=23.68,P<0.001,η^2=0.094与表达抑制F(3,683)=11.69,P<0.001,η^2=0.037上差异显著。结论:心理健康双因素模型可以用于护理专业心理健康筛查,不同心理健康类型学生情绪调节策略差异不同,越倾向于健康者越倾向于使用认知重评,越倾向于疾患者越倾向于使用表达抑制。Objective This study aimed to classify the mental health status of nursing undergraduates,and compare their emotional regulation strategies among different types of mental health,based on the dual-factor model of mental health.Methods The study sample consisted of 687 participants who are nursing undergraduates.Life Satisfaction Scale developed by Diener,the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),and Emotional Regulation Scale developed by Gross et al.were applied.The dual-factor model of mental health include positive and negative factors,Life satisfaction was viewed as a positive factor of mental health,depression was viewed as a negative factor of mental health.Results The dual-factor model of mental was a good fit model,compared with the single-factor model(x^2/df=7.64,CFI=0.99,NNFI=0.96,NFI=0.98,RMSEA=0.095),Troubled 145(21.1%),Vulnerable 173(25.2%),Symptomatic but content 94(13.7%),Flourishing 275(40.0%),There were not significance between grades(x^2=7.17,df=9 P>0.05)and family regions(x^2=4.80,df=6,P>0.05).There were significant differences between different types of mental health for reappraisal F(3,683)=23.68,P<0.001,η^2=0.094,and suppression Zr(3,683)=11.69,P<0.001,η^2=0.037.Conclusion The method of mental health screening based on the dual-factor model of mental health can be applied for the nursing undergraduates.Nursing undergraduates with different mental health types have significant differences in emotional regulation strategies.The closer to complete mental health(Flourishing)they are,the more they probably use reappraisal.The closer to Troubled they are,the more they probably use suppression.
