摘  要:中医师承教育从传播学的角度即为中医名师学术经验与技术专长的传播。因此基于传播学经典的“5W模式”,分别从师承的主体——指导老师、师承的客体——跟师的学生,师承内容、师承方式以及师承的效果对中医师承教育进行了全面探讨,并分别提出了做好师承教育应该达到的要求,对规范中医师承教育内容和提高中医师承教育质量从技术方面和学术思想方面提出了具体措施。From the perspective of communication,master-apprentice education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the dissemination of the academic experiences and technical expertise of famous TCM practitioners.The main body-tutors,object-students,content,approaches and effects of TCM master-apprentice education are comprehensively discussed based on“5W mode”(who,saying what,in which channel,to whom and with what effect).The requirements that should be achieved in TCM master-apprentice education are put forward,and some physical measures are presented for normalizing content and improving quality of TCM master-apprentice education from technological and academic aspects.
