逍遥解郁汤联合西酞普兰治疗女性抑郁症的临床效果及对患者内分泌情况的改善作用

摘　　要：目的分析逍遥解郁汤联合西酞普兰治疗女性抑郁症的临床效果及对患者内分泌情况的改善作用。方法在院内接受治疗的抑郁症患者中抽取出50例做分组调查,其中使用常规西药西酞普兰治疗的25例为对照组,另外逍遥解郁汤联合西酞普兰治疗的25例为观察组,对比两组患者干预效果。结果在治疗之前两组患者的SDS评分与HAMD评分并不存在显著差异经不同方案治疗后,观察组患者的SDS评分与HAMD评分下降程度均明显大于对照组,治疗之前两组患者的LH与FSH两项指标水平并无显著差异,但经不同方案治疗后,观察组患者的LH与FSH两项指标水平均明显低于对照组,观察组有1例患者治疗效果不理想,治疗总有效率为86.00%,对照组有6例患者治疗效果不理想,治疗总有效率为76.00%。结论与常规西药西酞普兰治疗对比,逍遥解郁汤联合西酞普兰治疗更有助于缓解患者的抑郁状态,同时也能够调节患者的内分泌状态,有助于提升患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction combined with citalopram in the treatment of female depression and the improvement of endocrine status of patients.Methods 50 patients with depression who were treated in hospital were selected for grouping investigation.Among them,25 patients were treated with conventional western medicine citalopram as control group,and 25 patients were treated with Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction combined with citalopram as observation group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in SDS score and HAMD score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment with different schemes,the decrease of SDS score and HAMD score in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in LH and FSH levels between the two groups before treatment,but after treatment with different schemes.The levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.One patient in the observation group had an unsatisfactory therapeutic effect.The total effective rate was 86.00%.Six patients in the control group had an unsatisfactory therapeutic effect and the total effective rate was 76.00%.Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine citalopram,Xiaoyao Jieyu Decoction combined with citalopram is more conducive to alleviating depression,regulating endocrine status and improving the quality of life of patients.
