氟西汀对伴轻中度抑郁的老年癫痫患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨氟西汀对伴轻中度抑郁的老年癫痫患者的效果。方法将2016年8月~2018年12月在我院治疗的88例老年癫痫伴轻中度抑郁患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组采取常规的心理疏导措施,观察组在对照组的基础上加用氟西汀治疗,比较两组治疗的总有效率、治疗前后SAS、SDS评分、生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、癫痫发作次数。结果观察组治疗后2周、1个月以及3个月的睡眠质量评分均优于对照组;观察组的治疗有效率为93.18%,高于对照组的77.27%;两组治疗前SAS、SDS评分无明显差异,治疗后,观察组的SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组;观察组的生活质量评分均优于对照组,观察组患者癫痫发作次数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀可有效改善老年癫痫伴轻中度抑郁患者的睡眠质量,减轻患者的抑郁程度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the clinical effect of fluoxetine in the treatment of senile epilepsy patients with mild to moderate depression.Methods 88 elderly epilepsy patients with mild to moderate depression who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases each.The control group took conventional psychological counseling measures,and the observation group was treated with fluoxetine on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,SAS,SDS score,quality of life score,sleep quality score and seizure frequency of the two groups were compared.Results The sleep quality scores of the observation group at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months of treatment were better than those of the control group.The effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.27%).Before treatment,there was no difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SDS and SDS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The quality of life scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the number of seizures in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fluoxetine can effectively improve sleep quality and reduce depressive symptoms in elderly epilepsy patients with mild to moderate depression,thus contributing to the improvement of patients'quality of life.
