摘　　要：目的探讨结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻采用腹部增强CT扫描的诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月间宝鸡市人民医院收治的120例结肠肿瘤性患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组患者,每组60例。对照组患者采用腹部X线检查,观察组患者采用腹部增强CT扫描,比较两组患者诊断效果。结果观察组患者梗阻诊断率、梗阻部位确定率、图像清晰度和患者舒适度均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者肠粘连、腹腔感染和肠道肿瘤检出率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组患者供血不足和疝气发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹部增强CT用于结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻患者诊断中,可有效提高诊断准确率,提高病情检测,值得应用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with colon tumors who admitted to People’s Hospital of Baoji were selected from January 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method with 60 patients in each group.The observation group underwent abdominal enhanced CT scanning and the control group underwent abdominal X-ray examination.The diagnostic efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The diagnosis rate of obstruction and obstruction sites,image clarity and comfort were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The detection rates of intestinal adhesion,abdominal infection and intestinal tumors were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of deficiency of blood supply and hernia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal enhanced CT can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and improve the condition detection in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by colon neoplasm,which is worthy of application.
