摘　　要：胆管癌起病隐匿,早期无明显症状,无特异性生物化学诊断指标,早期发现、早期诊断存在困难,预后不佳。随着分子生物学的进展,生物标志物在胆管癌中发现的越来越多,如果能找到特异性胆管癌生物标志物或者具有高度特异性生物标志物群对于胆管癌的早期发现具有非凡的意义。There were no obvious symptoms,no specific biochemical diagnostic indicators,and early detection and diagnosis were difficult in the early stage of cholangiocarcinoma.With the development of molecular biology,more and more biomarkers have been found in cholangiocarcinoma.It is of great significance for the early detection of cholangiocarcinoma if specific biomarkers or highly specific biomarkers can be found.
