医疗大数据时代医学生信息素养及其影响的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查分析医疗大数据时代医学生信息素养的影响因素,为提升医学生的信息素养水平以适应新时代的发展提供理论参考。方法:采用随机抽样法,运用自主编制的问卷对桂林医学院医学专业学生进行调查,SPSSAU软件分析其影响因素。结果:本次调查回收有效问卷791份(有效回收率98.8%),在信息素养满意度自评调查中,80.78%的医学生满意自身信息素养,且学习成绩层次、学习主动性和信息知识了解度这三个因素与医学生信息素养水平相关。结论:为提升新时代信息素养水平,医学生须认识到医疗大数据时代对未来医生提出的新要求——具备良好的信息素养。尽管建议学校提高战略重视性,教师充分发挥引导作用,但关鍵还需医学生自身认识到提升信息素养的重要性。Objective To survey the information literacy of medical students and its influencing factors in the era of medical big data,and provide theoretical references for improving it.Methods Medical college students were chosen from Guilin Medical University with random sampling method,and surveyed with self-designed questionnaires.Its influencing factors were analyzed by software of SPSSAU.Results 791 cases of valid questionnaires were retrieved.80.78%of these sampled students were satisfied with their information literacy.And factors of academic achievement level,learning initiative and cognition of information knowledge were related to the level of medical studentsy information literacy.Conclusion It is necessary for the medical students to realize the new requirement for future doctors in the era of medical big data.It is suggested that schools should value the strategy and teachers should give full play to the guiding role,while the key is that medical students should realize the importance of improving information literacy.
