摘 要:目的探讨生长年限对中国产南非叶挥发性成分和无机元素的影响。方法采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)首次对不同生长年限中国产南非叶的挥发性成分进行分析鉴定和无机元素的测定。结果在1~4年生长年限南非叶中分别鉴别出82、81、80、86种化合物。其中,植物醇、β-紫罗兰酮、苯甲醛和壬醛的含量均较高。共检测了19种无机元素。其中,元素As和Bi的含量低,未检测出;不同生长年限的南非叶中无机元素的含量大小顺序基本一致;大部分元素在1年生长年限的南非叶中的含量最高。结论中国产南非叶含有丰富的挥发性成分和无机元素,生长年限影响其挥发性成分的种类与含量及无机元素的含量。OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of growth years on volatile and inorganic elements in the leaves of Vernonia amygdalina Del.originated in China.METHODS HS-SPME-GC-MS and ICP-OES were used for the first time to analyze and identify volatile components,and inorganic elements were determined in the leaves of V.amygdalina originated in China of different growth years.RESULTS 82,81,80 and 86 compounds were identified in the leaves of 1,2,3 and 4-year-old trees,respectively.The contents of plant alcohols,beta-ionone,benzaldehyde and nonanal were higher.19 kinds of inorganic elements were detected,while As and Bi were too low to be determined.Inorganic elements in the order of content were basically consistent in the leaves of different growth years.The content of most elements topped in the 1-year-old leaves.CONCLUSION The leaves of V.amygdalina originated in China are rich in volatile components and inorganic elements,of which contents are affected by growth years.
