摘 要:隧道掌子面稳定是隧道安全顺利施工的前提,文章以浅埋软弱围岩隧道为研究对象,首先,基于强度折减理论,建立了掌子面稳定性判别流程,可求解掌子面稳定安全系数;其次,分析了隧道掌子面失稳判据,认为掌子面稳定性判别时可采取位移突变判据或塑性应变能判据;最后,结合嘉禾园地下通道工程,研究了掌子面稳定性控制对策,运用掌子面稳定安全系数对单一方式和组合方式预加固措施的加固效果进行了预评价,确定了掌子面预加固方式,指导了现场施工。研究成果可为浅埋软弱围岩隧道掌子面稳定性分析及控制对策确定提供借鉴。The stability of tunnel working face is the prerequisite for safe tunnel construction.Taking the shallowburied tunnel in soft surrounding rocks as the research object,based on the strength reduction theory,a judgment process for working face stability is established and safety factor of stability can be solved;the instability criterion is analyzed,and it is considered that criteria of abrupt change of displacement or plastic strain energy can be adopted for judgment of working face stability;on the basis of the Jiaheyuan underpass,the countermeasures for working face stability are studied,stability safety factor is used to pre-evaluate the reinforcement effect of single and combined pre-reinforcement measures,and the pre-reinforcement method for working face is determined.
