摘 要:针对贺兰山东麓土壤锰缺乏现状,以酿酒葡萄‘赤霞珠’为试材,选用MnSO4·H2O为锰源,设置3个浓度梯度(300、1200、2400 mg·L^-1 Mn^2+),于2017-2018年连续2年在转色期前后各1周进行叶面喷施补充,探究不同喷施浓度在葡萄成熟过程中对果实理化指标和果皮酚类物质含量的影响。结果表明:转色期叶施锰肥,提升葡萄浆果总可溶性固性物含量、固酸比和百粒质量,降低滴定酸含量,同时促进了葡萄果皮中总酚、总类黄酮、缩合单宁、总黄烷醇和总花色苷的合成积累,其中以1200 mg·L^-1 Mn^2+的喷施浓度效果最佳。Based on the status of Mn-deficient soils in Eastern Helan Mountain,three concentrations(Mn^2+300,1200,2400 mg·L^-1)of manganese sulfate(MnSO4·H2O)were used as foliar fertilizer on Vitis vinifera cv.‘Cabernet Sauvignon’over two consecutive years,2017 and 2018.The Mn^2+solution was sprayed twice,1 week before and 1 week after veraison,respectively.Physicochemical index of grape berry and phenolic compounds contents in berry skin throughout the ripening process were measured.The results showed that Mn treatments could enhance soluble solids contents,TSS-TA ratio,hundred-berry weight and showed promoting effects on total phenols,flavonoids,flavanols,tannins and anthocyanins in berry skin.The foliar spray of 1200 mg·L^-1 Mn^2+had the best effect among all treatments.
