试论广西高职教育与珠江西江经济带产业的协同发展

摘　　要：广西处于珠江西江经济带的的中心区域,服务区域经济带的产业发展既是广西高职教育义不容辞的责任,也是广西高职教育促进自身发展的有利契机。借助协同发展理论进行分析和探讨,总结出广西高职教育人才培养与经济带产业发展规模、专业设置、教育质量等方面存在的局限或不足,提出通过目标协同、师资协同、学训协同来创新人才培养,从而实现广西高职教育发展与珠江西江经济带产业的协同发展。Guangxi is located in the central region of the Pearl River-West River Economic Belt,and serving the industrial development of the regional economic belt is not only the bounden responsibility of higher vocational education in Guangxi,but also the favorable opportunity for higher vocational education in Guangxi to promote its own development.By the synergetic development theory,the paper analyzes discusses,sums up the higher vocational education personnel training and economic zone in Guangxi industrial development scale,specialty setting,education quality,as well as limitations or disadvantages,and puts forward the target synergy,teacher collaboration,learning training synergy to innovate talent training,so as to realize higher vocational education development in Guangxi and Pearl River-West River Economic Belt and the synergetic development of industry.
