摘 要:目的探讨某含咖啡因维生素功能饮料对小鼠中枢神经系统氧中毒(central nervous system oxygen toxicity,CNS-OT)的作用。方法40只SPF小鼠按数字表法分为空白组、对照组、赋形剂组和饮料组,每组10只。空白组、对照组不作任何处理,赋形剂组给予生理盐水0.4 ml灌胃,饮料组给予功能饮料灌胃,30 min后CNS-OT造模。结果给予小鼠该功能饮料灌胃后,与赋形剂组相比,CNS-OT潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.01);30 min暴露过程中惊厥次数无显著变化(P>0.05),高压氧暴露后脑组织内的丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)稍有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该含咖啡因维生素功能饮料可显著缩短CNS-OT潜伏期,促进小鼠氧惊厥发作。Objective To investigate the triggering effect of a caffeine-containing vitamin functional beverage on central nervous system oxygen toxicity(CNS-OT)in mice.Methods Forty SPF mice were randomly divided into the blank group,the control group,the placebo group and the caffeine-containing vitamin functional beverage group(or the experimental group),each consisting of 10 animals.The animals in the blank and control groups were left there intact,while the animals in the placebo group were given 0.4 ml physiological saline by gavage and those in the experimental group were given caffeine-containing vitamin functional beverage also by gavage,30 min after gavage,the CNS-OT model was developed.Effects were evaluated through the approaches of seizure latency,convulsion frequency and malondialdehyde(MDA)index in the brain tissue.Results Following application of the caffeine-containing vitamin functional beverage,CNS-OT seizure latency was obviously shortened,as compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).In the process of 30 min exposure,there was no significant changes in oxygen convulsion frequency,and there was a slight increase in the MDA index in the brain tissue after HBO exposure,but without statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion The caffeine-containing vitamin functional beverage could significantly shorten CNS-OT latency and promote oxygen convulsion.
