摘 要:通过分析北京市某医院食源性疾病的监控步骤,探讨食源性疾病的监控方法,及时准确救治及报告信息,为防控肠道传染病提供保障。哨点医院从食源性疾病的区域管理、预检分诊救治、传染病管理、职业防护及消毒隔离等各个环节加强管理,提高工作质量,促进医护人员的业务水平、防控意识、沟通能力以及面对食源性疾病的快速反应和应急处理能力均有了很大提高。哨点医院肠道门诊工作质量的提高,为医务人员准确判断并鉴别食源性疾病、防止肠道传染病流行及控制医院感染、提高防病治病的专业水平及其对肠道传染病的诊断救治能力提供了保障。By analyzing the monitoring steps of foodborne diseases in a hospital in Beijing,this paper discusses the monitoring methods of foodborne diseases,timely and accurate treatment and report information,so as to provide guarantee for prevention and control of intestinal infectious diseases.Sentinel hospitals from the region of foodborne disease management,engineering treatment triage and management of infectious diseases,occupational protection and disinfection isolation,each link to strengthen management and improve the quality of work,prompt medical care personnel business level,consciousness of prevention and control,communication,and in the face of foodborne disease rapid response and emergency handling capacity were greatly improved.The improvement of the work quality of intestinal out-patients in sentinel hospitals provides a guarantee for medical personnel to accurately judge and identify food-borne diseases,prevent the epidemic of intestinal infectious diseases,control hospital infections,improve the professional level of disease prevention and treatment,and improve their ability to diagnose and treat intestinal infectious diseases.
