摘　　要：通过对一起韩国输入性霍乱弧菌引起的感染性腹泻病例的临床诊断、流行学调查、实验室检测和卫生检疫措施的实施,探讨口岸突发公共卫生事件的快速反应对策。国境卫生检疫应在排除检疫传染病情况下,扩大疾病检测范围,以控制常见的、多发的、易引起突发公共卫生事件的传染病为重点;加强口岸卫生检疫核心能力建设,建立应对突发公共卫生事件快速反应体系的新机制,为防止疾病的跨境传播提供技术保障。The rapid response countermeasures of port public health emergencies were discussed through the clinical diagnosis,epidemiological investigation,laboratory testing and implementation of health quarantine measures of an infectious diarrhea case caused by Vibrio cholerae imported from South Korea.The frontier health quarantine should expand the scope of disease detection under the condition of excluding quarantinable infectious diseases,and focus on the control of common,frequent infectious diseases which are easy to cause public health emergencies.It should be strengthen the building of the core capacity of health quarantine and establish a new mechanism for responding to public health emergencies,so as to provide technical support for preventing the cross-border spread of diseases.
