巩膜咬切器治疗泪小点息肉疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察巩膜咬切器治疗泪小点息肉的临床疗效。方法对2018年就诊于我院的单纯泪小点息肉患者53例(103只眼)进行回顾性研究,所有患者均有溢泪症状,在爱尔卡因滴眼液表面麻醉下,利用巩膜咬切器切除泪小点息肉,分别于术后1周、1个月、3个月、1年进行疗效观察。结果所有53例(103只眼)患者流泪症状均治愈,随访1个月至1年均无复发。结论巩膜咬切器治疗泪小点息肉具有操作简单,效果确切用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of scleral punch on the treatment of lacrimal point polyps.Methods We conducted a retrospective study which included 103 eyes from 53 patients with simple lacrimal point polyps in our hospital in 2018.All patients had symptoms of epiphora.Under surface anesthesia using Alcaine eye drops,the lacrimal point polyps were removed by scleral punch,and the treatment efficacy was observed at 1 week,1 month,3 months and 1 year after the operation.Results The tearing symptoms were cured in all 103 eyes,and recurrence was observed after 1 month to 1 year follow-up.Conclusions Scleral punch is a simple and effective method for the treatment of lacrimal point polyps,and worthy of clinical application.
