3L留置针贴膜解决玻璃体切除术中雾气问题观察

摘　　要：目的应用3L留置针贴膜解决玻璃体切除术中雾气问题。方法选取需行玻璃体切除手术患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在应用常规眼部贴膜前,在鼻侧稍偏鼻下方应用剪开一半的3L留置针贴膜贴敷固定皮肤与孔巾,再按照常规方法贴眼部手术贴膜。术中观察非接触广角镜是否随患者呼吸而出现雾气现象。结果观察组30位患者手术过程中无1例出现非接触广角镜雾气现象,术毕鼻侧手术巾干燥,未被灌注液沾湿。对照组术中有10例出现术中非接触广角镜雾气现象,影响手术观察,检查贴膜见鼻侧松脱,出现帐篷样改变,并且出现鼻侧手术孔巾被灌注液沾湿。两组对比,雾气出现的几率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用柔软度更高的3L留置针贴膜,可以有效解决玻璃体切除术中雾气问题,增加手术效率,减少感染风险。Objective To investigate the use of a 3 L detaining needle pad pasting to solve the cloudy problem during vitrectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients planned for vitrectomy were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 patients)and control group(30 patients).In the experimental group,a 3 L detaining needle pad pasting was used to paste the inferior nasal skin and the surgical drape before the application of the conventional eye pad pasting.Whether the non-contact wide-angle lens became cloudy was observed during the surgery.Results All 30 cases in the experimental group showed no cloudy problem during the whole surgery,and the surgical drape was dry after the surgery.However,10 cases in the control group encountered serious cloudy problem of the wide-angle lens during the surgery which hindered clear visualization of the surgical field.The nasal eye pad pasting get loose and the surgical drape was wet in these 10 cases.There difference in the incidence of cloudy problem between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of a more flexible 3 L detaining needle pad pasting during vitrectomy increases the adhesion of the nasal skin and the surgical drape,thus solves the cloudy problem,increases the operation efficiency and reduces the risk of infection.
