摘 要:目的探讨医疗质控管理微信平台对提高医疗服务质量、医疗质控水平和病案管理水平的价值。方法建立医疗质控管理微信平台。按应用医疗质控管理微信平台前后分为对照组和观察组,2018年1月-2018年6月医疗质控管理微信平台应用前住院患者为病案对照组,共18520份;2018年7月-2018年12月医疗质控管理微信平台应用后住院患者为观察组,共18 401份,分别统计各项病案管理指标,并用统计学分析。结果观察组的病历及时书写率为97.89%,高于对照组的92.24%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组的病历书写完整度分别为入院记录97.86%、住院病案首页97.78%、病程记录97.83%、会诊记录97.73%,出院记录97.86%,均高于对照组,两两比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组的服务质量得分分别为服务流程98.03±1.09、信息管理97.92±1.14、医疗服务97.67±1.33,均高于对照组得分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论医疗质控管理微信平台对提高医疗服务质量、医疗质控水平和病案管理水平具有积极作用,能够为临床病案管理提供有效的措施。Objective To explore the value of the medical quality management WeChat platform to improve the quality of medical services, medical quality control and management.Methods Medical quality control management WeChat platform was established.Divided patients into control group and observation group according to application of medical quality control management WeChat platform. 18520 inpatients before the application of medical quality control management wechat platform from January to June 2018 were divided into control group.18401 inpatients after the application of medical quality control management wechat platform from July to December 2018 were divided into observation group. The medical record management indicators were separately counted and statistically analyzed.Results The timely writing rate of medical records in the observation group was 97.89%, which was higher than that in the control group(92.24%)(P<0.05). The complete degree of the medical records in the observation group was admission records 97. 86%, the first page of the medical record 97.78%, progress note 97.83%, consultation note 97.73% and discharge record 97.86%, respectively. All of them were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The service quality scores of the observation group were Service flow 98.03±1.09, information management 97. 92±1. 14 and medical service 97. 67±1. 33, respectively. The score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The WeChat platform of medical quality control management plays an active role in improving the quality of medical service, medical quality control level and medical record management level, and can provide effective measures for clinical medical record management.
