摘 要:为探索双绳缠绕式提升机的钢丝绳张力变化特性,基于虚拟样机技术,利用RecurDyn多体动力学仿真软件建立了双绳缠绕式提升机仿真虚拟样机模型,通过理论计算确定提升机各部件之间的约束、载荷和接触等边界条件,开展了双绳缠绕式提升机钢丝绳张力变化的仿真分析与试验验证。结果表明,仿真与试验结果变化趋势基本一致。双绳缠绕式提升机的虚拟样机建模方法是有效的,仿真结果是准确的。In order to explore the variation characteristics of the wire rope of the double-rope winding hoist,RecurDyn multi-body dynamics simulation software was applied to build the virtual prototype model of the double-rope winding hoist based on virtual prototype technology.In addition,the boundary conditions such as constraints,loads and contact among various components of the hoist were determined via theoretical calculation,and the simulation analysis and test verification on the tension variation of the double-rope winding hoist were conducted.The results showed the variation tendency of the simulation results basically coincided with the test ones.The virtual prototype modeling method for the double-rope winding hoist was effective,and the simulation results were accurate.
