摘　　要：目的:探讨在急诊科中采用胸痛中心模式救治急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者的效果。方法:STEMI患者108例作为研究对象,分为A,B两组。B组为我院成立胸痛中心后急诊科收治的患者,计52例,A组为我院成立胸痛中心前急诊科收治的STEMI患者,计56例,将两组的救治成功率、入院后首份心电图完成时间、进门-球囊扩张(doorto-balloon,D-to-B)时间和心衰发生率进行统计并比较。结果:B组首份心电图完成时间、进门-球囊扩张时间要短于A组,B组心衰发生率要低于A组,B组救治成功率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:胸痛中心的建立与运行能显著提高急诊科对STEMI患者的救治效率,值得在全国各医院急诊科推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of chest pain center model in treating and curing the patients of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:108 cases of STEMI patient were served as the subjects.They were divided into group A and B.Group B included 52 ER patients admitted after the establishment of the Chest Pain Center of the A伍liated Hospital of Guilin Medical University,and Group A was 56 cases of ER patients admitted before the establishment of the Chest Pain Center.The success rate of emergency treatment,the completed time of the first electrocardiogram,door-to-balloon(D-tB)time and incidence of heart failure were statistically compared.Results:The completed time of the first electrocardiograms and the D-to B time of Group B were shorter than those of Group A,the incidence of heart failure of Group B was lower than that of group A,and thehe success rate of emergency treatment in group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment and operation of Chest pain center can obviously increase ER's success rate for STEMI patient,which is worthy of promotion.in the ER of various hospitals nationwide.
