波立维联合阿替普酶对急性脑梗死患者的疗效及D-二聚体、抗凝血酶Ⅲ水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨波立维联合阿替普酶对急性脑梗死患者的疗效及D-二聚体、抗凝血酶皿水平的影响。方法:选取在我院接收诊治的80例急性脑梗死患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。40例对照组釆用波立维治疗,40例观察组在一次性使用阿替普酶治疗后联合波立维维持治疗,两组均治疗2周,比较两组治疗前后的D-二聚体、抗凝血酶-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、生活能力评分(MRS)以及疗效。结果:观察组治疗后的D-二聚体、NIHSS评分和MRS评分均低于对照组,且AT-Ⅲ高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为90%明显高于对照组72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:波立维联合阿替普酶能有效治疗急性脑梗死患者,改善患者的凝血功能和神经功能,提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effects of plavix combined with alteplase on patients with acute cerebral infarction and D-dimer and antithrombin Ⅲ levels.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected as observation subjects.They were randomized into the observation group and control group.40 patients in the control group were treated with plavix.While after one-time treatment with alteplase,another 40 patients in the observation group would receive the combined plavix maintenance therapy.Both groups had been treated for 2 weeks.The D-dimer,anti-thrombin-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),NIHSS scoring,activity of daily life(MRS),and efficacy were compared between patients in both groups before and after treatment.Results:The D-dimer,NIHSS scoring and ADL of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,but AT-Ⅲ was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,higher than 72.5%of the control group,which was of statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plavix combined with alteplase can effectively treat patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve their coagulation functions and nerve functions and the clinical treatment effects as well.
