流式细胞术下ARH与LRH对早期宫颈癌患者外周血及腹腔液中Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究流式细胞术下开腹宫颈癌根治术(ARH)和腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术(LRH)对外周血及腹腔液Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:将我院收治的60例早期宫颈癌患者,随机分为对照组(ARH治疗)和观察组(LRH治疗)各30例,比较两组Th1和Th2细胞因子及Th1/Th2比值。结果:在IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-10水平方面,观察组术中、术后7 d和术后1个月差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在Th1/Th2方面,观察组术中、术后7 d和术后1个月差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后7 d差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。结论:早期宫颈癌临床治疗中,LRH对机体免疫系统的影响比ARH更小。Objective:To investigate the effects of abdominal radical hysterectomy(ARH)and laparoscopic radical hysterectomy(LRH)on cytokines Th1/Th2 in peripheral blood and peritoneal fluid of early-stage cervical cancer patients under flow cytometry.Methods:60 cases of early-stage cervical cancer patients were randomized into the control group(receiving ARH)and observation group(adopting LRH),30 cases in each.Then cytokines Th1/Th2 and its ratio were compared between both groups.Results:There were no statistical differences of IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 levels in the observation group during operation,7 days after operation and 1 month after operation(P>0.05),but they were lower than those of the control group after operation,which were of statistical differences(P<0.05).As for Th1/Th2,there were no statistical differences during operation,7 days after operation and 1 month after operation between the observation(P>0.05),but there were statistical significances between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment for early-stage cervical cancer,LRH brings less effects on the body's immune system than ARH.
