摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的MRI影像表现及临床价值。方法对2014年1月~2018年10月期间136例原发GIST患者的MRI图像及相关临床病理资料进行分析。结果136例GIST患者,男性78例(57.4%),女性58例(42.6%),均行常规MRI检查及强化扫描,影像分型瘤体位于粘膜下51例(37.5%),壁间39例(28.7%),浆膜下46例(33.8%);行胃肠镜下切除23例(16.9%),外科手术治疗113例(83.1%),伊马替尼辅助治疗75例(55.1%)。结论通过GIST的MRI形态学及功能性检查,可以对其后续治疗方法及疗效评估提供重要参考。Objective To analyze the imaging manifestations of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)and to formulate the follow-up clinical treatment plan.Methods 136 patients with primary GIST from January 2014 to October 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 136 patients with GIST underwent routine MRI examination and intensive scan,including 78 males(57.4%)and 58 females(42.6%);51 cases(37.5%)were submucosal,39 cases(28.7%)were intermural and 46 cases(33.8%)were subserous;23 cases(16.9%)underwent gastroenteroscopic resection,113 cases(83.1%)underwent surgical treatment,and 75 cases(55.1%)underwent imatinib adjuvant therapy.Conclusion The morphological and functional examination of GIS T can provide important reference for the follow-up treatment and efficacy evaluation.
