摘  要:基于定量描述分析法(Quantitative Descriptive Analysis,QDA),构建口腔护理品的感官评价方法。从质地、外观、泡沫、口味、口感及整体评价方面构建了适用于口腔护理品的感官指标。基于牙膏、洁牙粉、漱口水、口喷品类的特点开发了这4个品类的评价流程,并将感官指标应用于4个品类的描述性感官分析中。研究发现,受训良好的评价员评分标准偏差在2以内,说明感官评价数据一致性较好,评价方法具有可操作性。Based on quantitative descriptive analysis(QDA),a sensory evaluation method for oral care products was established.Sensory indexes suitable for oral care products were constructed from texture,appearance,foam,taste,mouthfeel and overall feel.Based on the characteristics of toothpaste,tooth cleaning powder,mouthwash and oral spray,the evaluation process for these four categories was developed,and sensory indexes were applied to the descriptive analysis of the four categories.The research showed that the standard deviation of score from well-trained panel was within 2,indicating that the sensory evaluation data were consistent and the evaluation method was feasible.
