摘　　要：针对研究生创新能力不足的问题,结合新工科发展的要求,研究"1+2+3"创新性研究生人才培养模式,内容包括:建立理论和实践教学课程体系,改革课堂授课方式和研究生指导方式,建设学科交叉平台、科研平台、科技竞赛平台。实践证明,学生的实践能力和创新能力得到了有效提高。In view of the lack of innovative ability of graduate students, according to the requirements of the development of new emerging engineering, this paper studies on the "1+2+3" innovative training mode for graduate students, which includes: establishing theoretical and practical teaching curriculum system, reforming classroom teaching mode and graduate guidance mode, and building interdisciplinary platform, scientific research platform and science and technology competition platform. Practice results show that students’ practical and innovative abilities have been effectively improved.
