摘　　要：通过采用轻量化设计、铝合金材料、一系平板形橡胶垫等技术,研制了一种自重轻、性能好的新结构稳定型转向架,实现了30t轴重漏斗车自重19.5t、载重100t的设计目标。Through applying the lightening design,aluminum alloy material and primary planerubber cushion,a new structure stable type bogie with light weight and good performance is developed,and the design target of the hopper car with 30 taxle load,19.5 ttare and 100 tload capacity is realized.
