摘 要:目的分析护生医院感染控制临床教学效果。方法所在医院于2018年6月起开始实施医院感染控制品管圈活动,分别选取管理前后60例护生作为观察对象,对其开展医院感染控制临床教学,分析医院感染控制临床教学效果。结果医院感染控制品管圈活动后,护生护理缺陷率(1.67%)均低于管理前(15.00%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医院感染控制品管圈活动后,护生基础护理、感染管理、护理文书的护理质量评分高于活动前(P<0.05);医院感染控制品管圈活动后,护生医院感染控制临床教学评分明显高于活动前(P<0.05)。结论以医院感染控制品管圈活动为主的护理质量改进方法,可有效提高护生医院感染控制临床教学效果,强化护生对医院感染控制教学的认知,为日后相关工作顺利开展奠定基础。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical teaching of hospital sense control for nursing students.Methods Since June 2018,the hospital began to implement the activities of hospital sense control products management circle.60 nursing students before and after the management were selected as the observation objects to carry out the clinical teaching of hospital sense control and analyze the clinical teaching effect of hospital sense control.Results The nursing defect rate of nursing students(1.67%)was lower than that before management(15.00%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);After the activity,the nursing quality scores of basic nursing,infection management and nursing documents of nursing students were higher than that before the activity(P<0.05);after the activity,the clinical teaching scores of nursing students were significantly higher than that before the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of nursing quality improvement based on the activities of hospital sense control products management circle can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect of hospital sense control of nursing students,strengthen their cognition of hospital sense control teaching,and lay a foundation for the smooth development of related work in the future.
