摘　　要：造纸是重污染行业,其负外部性一直是亟待解决的难题。通过选择绿色供应商有助于造纸企业将绿色理念融入供应链,实现向绿色供应链管理模式转变。文中在文献研究基础上,确定了造纸企业绿色供应商评价与选择的指标体系,采用AHP-TOPSIS复合方法确定各指标权重,从而构建出规范的造纸企业绿色供应商评价与选择模型。并通过实证算例应用,验证了方法的可行性,为造纸企业选择绿色供应商提供了一种行之有效的方法。Paper industry is a heavy polluting industry,and its negative externality has always been a difficult problem to be solved.By choosing green suppliers,enterprises can integrate the green concept into the supply chain and realize the transformation to the green supply chain management mode.On the basis of literature research,this paper determines the index system of green supplier evaluation and selection in paper enterprises,uses the combination of AHP and TOPSIS to determine the weight of each index,and constructs the evaluation and selection model of green supplier in paper enterprises.The feasibility of this method is verified by the application of an empirical example,which can provide an effective method for paper enterprises to select green suppliers.
