摘 要:“位育”实际是增强个人对社会职业地位认知的教育。潘光旦认为,“位”者安其所也,“育”者遂其生也。让学生在学校里就能够接触社会实际,了解社会对职业的实际需求,可以帮助青年人将自己的长处与社会需求结合在一起,明确职业发展的方向。这实际与现代职业生涯设计的理念和方法是一致的,也是当前人才开发应予关注的重要领域。“Position and Growth Theory”is actually education that enhances the individual's awareness of social professional position.Pan Guangdan believes that“position”means where an individual can stay,“growth”means how an individual can make a living.Enabling students to be in touch with social reality and learning the actual needs of society can help young people to find a social need for their strengths and understand the direction of career development.This is actually consistent with the concept and method of modern career planning,and is also a key field of current talent development.
