青地合剂并地塞米松保留灌肠对直肠癌放疗减毒作用

摘　　要：目的观察青地合剂联合地塞米松保留灌肠在直肠癌新辅助放疗中减毒作用的疗效。方法将最终纳入的175例局部晚期直肠癌(T 3/T 4/N+)病人随机分为试验组和对照组:试验组予以地塞米松10 mg溶于青地合剂200 mL保留灌肠,每天1次;对照组予以地塞米松10 mg溶于生理盐水200 mL保留灌肠,每天1次。分别观察两组急性放射性直肠炎分级情况(RTOG标准)。结果试验组在降低急性放射性直肠炎发生率方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.598,P<0.05)。结论青地合剂联合地塞米松保留灌肠对直肠癌新辅助放疗具有良好的放疗减毒作用,显著降低了急性放射性肠炎的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of retention enema with Qingdi mixture combined with dexamethasone in reducing the toxicity of neoadjuvant radiotherapy for rectal cancer.Methods A total of 175 patients with locally advanced rectal cancer(T 3/T 4/N+)were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were given retention enema with dexamethasone 10 mg dissolved in Qingdi mixture 200 mL once a day,and those in the control group were given retention enema with dexamethasone 10 mg dissolved in normal saline 200 mL once a day.The grade of acute radiation rectitis was observed according to RTOG criteria.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a significantly better reduction in the incidence rate of acute radiation-induced rectitis(Z=2.598,P<0.05).Conclusion Retention enema with Qingdi mixture combined with dexamethasone can reduce the toxicity of neoadjuvant radiotherapy for rectal cancer and significantly reduce the incidence rate of acute radiation enteritis.
