低温干化技术在酒精废水剩余污泥减量处理的应用

摘　　要：为实现污泥减量化、资源化的目标,针对酒精废水剩余污泥水分高、有机物含量高等难点,对叠螺机脱水后的污泥进行了添加改性剂和骨架剂的预处理实验,为细胞破壁、改善污泥切条成型工艺提供了数据。采用预处理后的污泥进行了低温干化中试,并对干化污泥再利用进行了效益分析,为酒精废水处理和酒精生产提供了参考。In order to achieve the goals of sludge reduction and resource utilization,aiming at the difficulties of high water and organic matter contents in the residual sludge from the alcohol wastewater,our company carried out the pretreatment of the dewatering sludge after screw press by adding modifiers and skeleton agents to provide data for the cell wall disruption and improvement of sludge slice forming process.The pretreated sludge was used for low-temperature drying on a pilot scale and the benefit analysis of the reuse of dried sludge was provided,which provided a reference for the treatment of alcohol wastewater and alcohol production.
