经乳晕切口手术用于乳腺纤维瘤治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察经乳晕切口手术用于乳腺纤维瘤的治疗效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月本院收治的42例乳腺纤维瘤患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序单双号均分为对照组与观察组,各21例。对照组接受传统开刀手术,观察组接受经乳晕切口手术,对比两组治疗效果。结果手术后,观察组的手术时间和术后住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症总发生率为38.1%,观察组并发症总发生率为9.5%,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.858,P<0.05)。结论将经乳晕切口手术应用于乳腺纤维瘤治疗中,可以有效保持患者的乳房形态,减少术中出血量,降低术后乳房瘀斑、血肿或无法哺乳等并发症发生率,治疗效果可靠,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of breast angioplasty for breast fibroma. Methods A total of 42 patients with breast fibroma admitted to our department from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission, with 21 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery. In the operation, the observation group underwent an operation through the areola incision and the effects of the two groups was compared. Results After operation, the operation time and postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the control group was 38.1%, and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.5%. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=3.858,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of areola incision in the treatment of breast fibroma can effectively maintain the patient’s breast shape, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, reduce the incidence of postoperative breast ecchymosis, hematoma or breastfeeding, and the treatment effect is reliable. It is worth promoting.
