摘　　要：目前,各类本科院校、高职高专院校的财会专业均开设财务管理系统相关课程,绝大多数学校将其设为财会专业必修课。高校财务管理专业本科生在学习专业必修课和专业选修课基础上熟练掌握财务管理系统的使用和应用是关键的,而在ERP环境下,财务管理系统作为ERP系统中关键的模块,对企业决策有不可忽视的作用。因此在专业教学中,结合ERP,通过实训教学、沙盘教学和专业化模块建设,提高学生对系统的掌握度,不仅与企业对财务管理人员的专业化要求相一致,适合企业管理的需要,同时增进本科生的岗位适应度。在我校地方性、应用性、工程化教学理念背景下,为安徽北部地区并辐射周边地区,培养"懂管理、强应用、熟业务"的创新人才正是本教学模式要探究的内容。At present,all kinds of undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges offer courses related to financial management system,which are compulsory in most schools.On the basis of studying major compulsory courses and major elective courses,it is crucial for undergraduates majoring in financial management to master the use and application of financial management system.In ERP environment,as a key module of ERP system,financial management system plays an important role in enterprise decision-making.Therefore,in professional teaching,combined with ERP,through practical teaching,sand table teaching and professional module construction,to improve students’ mastery of the system,it should be not only in line with the professional requirements of enterprises for financial management personnel,but also meet the needs of enterprise management,and to improve the post adaptability of undergraduates.Under the background of local,applied and engineering teaching idea of our school,it is the content of this teaching mode to cultivate innovative talents who "understand management,strengthen application and mature business" for northern Anhui and radiate to surrounding areas.
